ZOZOPIC understands and values the privacy of your and your clients’ datWe therefore, have multiple security options to protect and safeguard your clients’ data. To access your privacy options, go to My Galleries and click on Settings. You will find Gallery Pin, Selection Pin and Allow download section. You can set a Gallery Pin which will prevent other viewers from seeing your collection. Only the people who has access to the Pin will be able to view your collection. By setting the Selection Pin, only the people who has access to the Pin can select/unselect the images in your collection. Allow Download feature prevents your images from being downloaded by unknown viewer. Only when you enable the feature, a viewer will be able to download high definition image.
ZOZOPIC lets you safeguard your collections from any viewer. You can set a pin to your gallery which will prompt the viewer/guest to enter the pin in order to view the images. Go to My Galleries, select a gallery and click on Settings where you’ll find the section of Gallery Pin. Click on YES and enter the desired pin. You can share this pin with anyone whom you want to view your collection.

Adding a Watermark can serve many purposes, like brand your image or protect your photos that you upload on ZOZOPIC. You can either apply a Text Watermark or an Image Watermark to the images in your Gallery. Apply a Text Watermark/ Image Watermark to a New Gallery: To apply any watermark to your images, Go to My Galleries and click on New Gallery. Scroll down to the section of Watermark and select any one of the given options. Apply a Text Watermark/ Image Watermark to an Existing Gallery: To apply any watermark to your images, Go to My Galleries, select a gallery and open the Settings. Scroll down to the section of Watermark and select any one of the given options.
Uploading a logo is a great way to add branding to your Homepage and Galleries. To upload your logo, go to Organization Settings > Studio Information. You’ll find the section of Studio Logo, upload a .png file of your logo in the given space. This logo will be used in e-cards, watermarks, header logo for website, galleries, homepage etc. for your brand identity.
Yes! ZOZOPIC provides four different theme colors for a better user experience. To change the theme color of your dashboard, click on the Settings icon located just below your profile picture on the upper right corner of the screen. There you will find four different options for your theme color. You can select any one according to your preference.
ZOZOPIC provide various types of subscription plans with extremely helpful in-built features. You can switch to any one of those plans anytime you desire. To change your subscription plan, select My Subscriptions from the Main Menu. Click on Cancel Subscription for the plan you want to deactivate/cancel. Choose a new plan from the options in the drop-down menu below and click on Update Subscription. This will deactivate your existing plan and activate the new one. .
With ZOZOPIC you can share your Photo Galleries on any of your social media platforms. Go to Dashboard > Organization Settings > Social Profile Links. Add links to your social media platforms in the respective sections and click on Save Changes. Share an entire Gallery on social media: Go to My Galleries, select any one gallery and click on the Share icon. You can either paste a link of the platform where you want to share the Gallery or you can select the social media icons given in the options. Share a single image from your Gallery on social media? Go to My Galleries, select any one gallery and click on Live Preview. Select any image and click on Share icon in the top right corner. You can click on any of the social media icons given in the options to share your image.
Creating an Album, and uploading images into the Album is very easy, and can be done in a few simple steps! Step 1: Go to My Galleries and select any one gallery from the list. Click on View Albums, and then select New Album in the top left corner. Enter the given details like Date, Title and Cover photo and click on ADD. Step 2: Once you've created an Album, click on Edit Album and then you can either drag images into the given space or you can click on the space to add images.
When your collection is ready to be shared with your clients, ZOZOPIC provides you numerous built-in features. To share your Gallery or an Album with your client, go to My Galleries from your Dashboard. Select the Gallery/Album you want to share and click on the Share button. You will find multiple options by which you can share your collection. You can either share it via mail or whatsapp or you can copy the link of the collection and share the link with your client. (Note: If you have set up a PIN to restrict viewers from viewing the collection, then you also have to share the PIN with your client.)
You can easily delete one or multiple images at once with ZOZOPIC! To delete an image, go to the Album and click Edit Album, find the image you wish to delete, click the image to select it, and then use the Delete/Trash Can icon to delete the file. You can also select multiple images, select Delete Selected from the drop-down menu option on the right, and click on the Apply to delete multiple images at once.
Lead generation refers to the number of inquiries you have received from your uploaded collection. ZOZOPIC has an in-built feature that stores and track your leads every day. To access the lead data, you can select My Leads from the Main Menu or you can select Lead Generated option from the right side of the Dashboard.
According to your subscription plan, you can upload only a limited number of images in your collection. To track this limit, you can look at the bar besides the search box on the top right corner of the page. It shows how many photos you have already uploaded in the collection and what is your limit.
Photo cover is the first thing your client will see when they view their photos. It is inevitable that the photo cover is chosen in such a manner that it represents the entire event. How to change the photo cover? To change your photo cover, go to My Galleries and select your desired album. Click on Edit Album and go to Details section where you can choose and upload an image in the Album cover section.
If you have access to the photographer’s gallery and albums and you are unable to download the images, you may ask the photographer to enable the Allow Download feature from his account. After the feature is enabled, you will see a download icon in the upper right corner of the image. You can download it by clicking on the icon.
Yes! ZOZOPIC allows a user to send contact information and request for services to a photographer. At the end of every album, there is a form in which a viewer can share their contact details and list down the services that they require if they like your collection. To view this form, go to My Galleries and select any one gallery. Click on Live Preview and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll find the contact form there.
